WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship all across Pakistan. We also ship internationally at Global shipping rates that will be calculated at checkout.
WHAT INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
UK, US, CANADA and UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
If your residing country is not on this list above, please email us at dinara_pk@outlook.com with your first name, country you reside in, and we can then enquire to see if it’s feasible for delivery and also what the potential shipping cost would be.
Please Note: International shipping rates vary between each country. All countries outside Pakistan may be subject to Import / Customs fees - These apply to all international orders, and each Import/ Customs fee varies depending on the country it’s being delivered to.
We do not control this and we do not know the cost of what this may be - costs can vary between value of goods being delivered within the individual countries.
If your order has been dispatched and arrives into your country of residency and you then fail to pay your country’s Customs fees, or it is a failed delivery as the couriers were unable to deliver you order - Your order will be sent back to us after the Customs hold period has expired.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days to deliver your parcel within Pakistan.
For international deliveries we aim to deliver within 2 weeks.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we design. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Dinara. If there’s something wrong with the item you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 weeks to issue a refund and return your order. Exchanges are also possible but are subject to availability. If the returned articles are not damaged, your refund or exchange process will be initiated.
*Please note that sale items are not exchangeable and returnable unless the item arrives damaged.
REFUNDS
We pride ourselves in serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Dinara is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
RETURN SHIPPING
Dinara is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping (return or exchange) has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you have requested to cancel your order (within 2 days of the order date) for a refund, please note the following;

If you have requested to cancel your order before we have processed and dispatched out your order - you will receive a full refund of your order

If you have requested to cancel your order after we have processed and dispatched your order - you will receive the refund for the item(s) on your order only (not including shipping refund) if we have already sent out your parcel.
The refund will be processed only after we have received back the original parcel sent. If we have not received the order (even if it is in transit back to us), we still cannot issue any refund until the item has arrived back to us physically.
